Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Italian-speaking Sales Agent to join our team in the fast-paced and exciting forex industry. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining Italian-speaking clients, promoting our forex products and services, and achieving sales targets. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for the forex market are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential Italian-speaking clients interested in forex trading.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, to promote our forex products and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.
• Use persuasive sales techniques to engage customers, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Educate clients about the forex market, trading strategies, and risk management, tailoring information to their level of knowledge and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding predefined goals.
• Document and update client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the product development and management teams to enhance our offerings and stay competitive.

Requirements:

• Live in Malta.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is also preferred.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients' needs.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections in a positive and resilient manner.
• Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.
• Schedule is from 09:30 till 18:30 from Monday to Friday
