What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve queries and offer assistance.
• Guide clients through deposits, withdrawals, and account management, while always ensuring the KYC and AML requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues and disputes with grace and efficiency.
• Double-check trades and transactions for accuracy and compliance with precision and speed.
• Open, update, and close accounts whilst keeping everything organized.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless workflow.

What You Bring:

• A minimum 2 years experience in back-office operations and customer support, ideally in the forex industry.
• Availability to work on shifts which will vary from morning, afternoon-evening shift and night shift.
• Happy to work onsite from our fantastic office.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills while able to work in a fast-paced environment meticulously.
• Speak multiple languages to assist our international clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of regulatory requirements like KYC and AML.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
