Head of Forex Partnerships for a Cysec Regulated company

A well-established forex company, regulated by CySec and located in Cyprus, is looking to grow its Partnership and Affiliation team.

Responsibilities:

• Build a robust team of business developers focusing on expanding partnerships internationally
• Provide ongoing support to team members on a day-to-day basis
• Lead team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
• Create both team and individual KPIs and create a plan to ensure targets are met
• You will be driving partnership initiatives ensuring they align with the business strategy with a focus on Master IBs, local offices and introducing brokers across the globe
• Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners
• Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners both locally and abroad
• Attend expos and corporate events globally in order to generate business

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a Forex Regulated Company in the same position
• A strong portfolio of affiliates and partners focused on the European clients base portfolio is a must
• Proven experience as a partnership professional
  
• Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto
• Experience in relationship management and client retention
• Language skills would be highly beneficial
• Excellent IT skills
• Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
